Simply fill out the return form on the Packing List included with your order. Use the return shipping label provided and send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:

If the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, please call us at 707.451.8950 (or 877.NUT.TREE) or contact us by e-mail before returning.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.
The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
Retail Store Returns:
Capay Valley Farm Shop will replace or repurchase those items normally sold in the store. Original, or copy of, receipt is required to return merchandise to a retail location.
