PASTURE RAISED CHICKEN EGGS
Kitty and Lew Klinger have been living and ranching in the Capay Valley since 1978. Their current focus is on their hundreds and hundreds of hens. Klinger Ranch hens live on pasture, and produce eggs for CVFS customers who appreciate the rich deep yellow yolks, vitamin E, and long-chain omega-3 fatty acids of pasture-raised chicken eggs. In the past, the Klinger’s have also raised meat goats.
