Capay Valley Grown, founded in 2004, is a partnership of 42 family farmers committed to preserving the farming tradition and the fertile soils of our region – which lies between the urban centers of San Francisco and Sacramento.

Our partnership is aimed at increasing the marketability of our products and creating a greater connection between our farms and our consumers. Together we are working to bring you full information regarding the food that we sell - information that provides transparency about our farm, our area, our agricultural practices, and our produce quality. We hope that this information will help you know what you are eating and feeding your family, and have greater confidence in its quality.

At Capay Valley Grown we are continually exploring ways to strengthen relationships with our customers in an attempt to provide better connections between rural and urban residents and provide fresher foods. The Fam Shop is one more step in our journey of developing a closer connection between farmers and eaters as well as an avenue through which to promote and maintain the Capay Valley as a region of awe-inspiring and economically vibrant agricultural production.
