Casa Rosa Farms is a small organic family farm based in the Capay Valley. The da Rosa family has been farming in California’s Central Valley since 1974. They have been certified organic with CCOF since 2009. Casa Rosa Farms produces grass-fed beef, grass-fed lamb, grass-fed goat, pastured duck and chicken eggs, and pastured chicken, certified organic olive oil, and value-added products produced in their certified kitchen. Their beef and lamb are 100% grass-fed and poultry is fed only certified organic feed and pasture. All meats are raised without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. Casa Rosa Farms also owns and operates the Commons Farm Kitchen & Bar in Guinda, a family oriented country restaurant serving local seasonal farm fresh meals, barbeque, beer, and wine in a historic roadside establishment.
